i do enjoy it when work doesn't suck. and, i must say that brian is very lovely for a boy.

today was a slacker-ish day. which was only fair since we didn't find many people. during the afternoon, alice and i mostly sat outside on the picnic table and smoked cigarettes (well, alice smoked), watched the clouds (the few that there were), and just sat in a comfortable silence that we've achieved after 12 years of friendship.

also? i saw a girl today who is so cute it'd make you cry. i met her (vaguely) as alice and i were sitting outside. she's a new janitor in our building. she's in her early 20's and is just adorable.

speaking of cute girls, i had an urge to grab kate1 by the shoulders and say: "damnit kate, you are a total fox! plus, i think you have a nice ass." however, i thought that would not be good office behavior. kate1 was talking about how she doesn't wear shorts cuz she hates her legs (which i consider total bunk. i think she has sexy legs), and whatnot. don't believe her. she's a fox. plus, her smile? its adorable. and her butt? well, let's just say that when she walks past me, i have tendency to watch. she has a very nice butt.

(now i have the song 'baby got back' by sir mix-a-lot in my head. this is not necessarily a bad thing)
