i am so very sore. i walked on the kal-haven trail yesterday, until i got to alamo. which was between 4 and 5 miles. and then i had to walk all the back so i could get to my car. my legs hurt quite bad and i have blisters on the bottom of my feet.

and my neck hurts, but i'm not sure what thats from.

i heart ptfe (teflon) tape. it works so fabulously for stretching my lobes. wrap some around my plugs and good to go. and its cheap.
