well, we're getting cable today (supposedly in 5 to 8 hours. if the cable folks are on time). i'm glad, and yet disappointed. glad because then i can watch my nerd channels like A&E, history, discovery. yet we'll have crap channels like mtv and vh1.

i remember when mtv was good. back in the '80s.

we (actually, it was just me) had to rearrange furniture (how exciting) because the cable hook up is in one corner, and the tv was on the other side of the room. i like how it is now. its roomy. how fun.

let's see. um. went to the library for 4 1/2 hours. rode around town.

i've decided that the fact that its all cold and snowy during the christmas season (and sometimes around my birthday) sucks. don't get me wrong, i like the winter. however, i would like it more if it wasn't all snowy because then i could ask for biking stuff and not have to wait a few months before i could use them.

however, i will probably still ask for biking stuff. i'm like that.
