i don't really know what to do with myself now that classes are done. so now i guess i'm just gonna spend my free days sleeping in til 1, then cooking dinner. which is basically what i did today.

i made lemon pepper tofu (with potatoes, carrots, cauliflower and brocoli) and corn on the cob. it turned out very well. all lemon and pepper-y. and tofu-y. and tasty.

go me. with the cooking and being domestic.

speaking of being all domestic-y, mom bought me another cookbook. for $.10, but still. its interesting. it has some mexican recipes.. mm, mexican.

its all about mexican food. cuz its damn good.

speaking of something i wasn't speaking about, i'm leaving mid-july. about the 13th. which works good, cuz i get paid the day before.
