bleeding legs and new area codes
08.12.02 - 1:16 a.m.

i really wish people would stop coming into my room without knocking. i never here them come in either, since my music is nice and loud and drowns out all the other noise (annoying family members, trains, etc). and then i'll get the feeling that i'm not the only one in my room, turn around, and Gah!! people! sneaking into my room!

that being said, last night, mom came into my room (yet again, i never heard her come in), and i turn around to grab something, and there she is. plus? there's blood running down her leg.

so, being the good kid that i am (shut up), i grab a towel, wipe the blood off (not like that did any good considering the blood kept on flowing), inspected the wound, and put a bandage on it. i also told her its kinda deep and maybe she should go to the hospital to get it checked because it might need stitches. did she listen to me? hell no. fine. whatever. then i offered to stitch it up myself. i own needles and thread. i've seen ER and i watch TLC. but no, she says she's fine.

yep. that's why there's blood still running down your leg. you're fine. sure thing.

argh. she drives me crazy.

in other news (what an understatement), one of the girls at Subway knows what i order. is that i sign i go there too much? actually, i only go there 2 - 3 times a week. but still, its amusing.

ok, so, at work, we occasionally use google to look for people. so one of the things we do when really bored (which happens a lot), is we look for the other people we work with. for example: if you look for marci, you can find a webpage she created for something at wmu, and a picture of her and some other people. but do you find anything for me? noo. actually you find something for someone with my name, but its not me. i am not from tipp city ohio, nor do i even remotely like the backstreet boys. hell, i've never even heard of tipp city (oh how i wish i could say that about the backstreet boys.)

i just found out that our area code changed. its now 269 instead of 616. but apparently, we can still use the 616 code until feburary or so. when did this happen? why was i not informed? damnit, i call people for a job, i should know about these things. grr.

i'm amusing myself with searchbug.com right now. hee.

did i even have a point with this entry? no? that's kinda what i thought.

watching: some cartoon that i don't know the name of.
