i felt the need for a new design. besides, who doesn't like a picture of a half-naked angelina jolie?

in other news, i bought a new pair of shoes. flaming converse all-stars (scroll down on the all-stars page). however, mine didn't cost $60, just $40. i also ended up buying 5 pairs of socks for a total of like $8, because then i got a free cd ('off the wall, volume 5' from the Vans Warped Tour '02). besides, i couldn't help it. i was ganged up on by the cute salesgirl and her very cute girlmanager with the labret piercing, leopard headband thingy, and the cats-eye glasses. she was really adorable and just a bit punk, and how could i resist?
